By doing these assignments on edmodo.com today I learned that I like to do a lot of things that cost money from the "Things I Love to Do" assignment. I also learned I like to do a lot of things alone, but I like to do a lot of things with people too.
From the "Values That Motivate Me" assignment I learned that I'm motivated by security and independence and personal satisfaction for jobs. Knowing this may help me choose a job in the future, so if I'm stuck between two jobs I will most likely choose the job with the most security and the job that satisfies me and lets me be independent.
I liked the Career Planning Quiz also. When I was done and I checked my answers, I was surprised on how much I didn't know. I missed 4 of the 13 questions, but I thought I got all of them correct!
The Top Ten Fastest Growing Careers assignment was also interesting. It makes me wonder if I should go into one of those careers when I get a job that way I will be sure I won't be replaced by a robot that can do my work just as well, if not better.
